Returns and Damages
Each artwork is offered as a limited edition fine art print, produced to archival standards and carefully prepared for dispatch. For this reason, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of both the artwork and packaging.
For limited edition signed prints, the damaged print must be returned before a replacement can be issued. Return instructions will be provided once the damage has been verified.
Lost Shipments
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement will be issued once the loss has been verified with the carrier.
Packaging
All prints are packaged using archival materials and protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Additional Notes
Slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen calibration and are not considered defects.
